- Coordinate with different suppliers
- represent the company with integrity and professionalism
- Make purchasing and procedural decisions on sensitive and confidential issues
- Verifries purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to masterlist; clarrifying unclear items; recommending alternatives
- Forwards available inventory items by verifying stock; scheduling delivery.
- Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obataining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requisitioning department.
- Verifies receipt of items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with suppliers.
- Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Acoomplishes purchasing and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Obtain good vendor relationships
- Has good documentation skills and with knowledge in MS Office and accounting/inventory software like Microsoft Navision.
