Locate suppliers, using sources such as catalogues and internet to gather information about products ordered. 2. Negotiate with suppliers on matters relating to pricing, terms and conditions, repairs/maintenance and warranties. 3. Responsible for purchasing/buying materials when necessary. 4. Issue items/office supplies to employees with request. 5. Keep record and Filing of Purchasing documents. 6. Responsible in handling Vehicle Repair and Maintenance Request (VRMR). 7. Perform other duties as may be assigned.  REPORTS REQUIRED: 1. Canvass Sheet 2. Purchase Receipt  PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Working Tools 1. Computer 2. Office Supplies 3. Calculator  WORK DOCUMENTS: 1. Purchase Order 2. Suppliers List & Accreditation 3. VRMR  JOB SPECIFICATION: • At least a Bachelor’s/College degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. • At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for the position. • Has strong negotiation skills, highly organized and willing to do field work. • Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned deadlines.
