Job Description
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Test current results and identifying deficiencies.
- Suggest solutions to identified output problems.
- Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
- Formulate, plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
- Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement.
- Oversee continuous improvement projects
- Collect quality data.
- Prepare and present reports to the immediate Superior.
- Perform other duties that may assign by superior from time to time.
