Able to create and effectively conduct business presentations to potential partners.
Adept at conducting market research and competitive studies with respect to property accessibility, taxes, trends and area population in order to ensure effective management of properties.
Craft marketing and advertising strategies for the lease or sale of properties.
Oversee the accounts and the resolution of concerns of tenants.

Qualifiations and Education Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in overseeing the management of commercial properties such as residential and office condominium units and lots either for lease or for sale.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
