Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

1. Promote various developers’ projects (Condominium) in Metro Manila.

2. Buy and Sell condominium units (TOR ONLY)

3. Act as a consultant to customers in buying a property.

4. Maintain client database.

5. Client follow ups, calls and emails.

6. Build and maintain strong ties with brokers.

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least 2 years Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.

2. With sales work experience required.

3. Has a wide brokers network

4. Preferably specialized in Property/Real Estate.

5. Hardworking and a team player.

6. Excellent communication skills and intrapersonal skills.

7. Good presentation and negotiation skills.

8. Internet and social media savvy.

9. Applicants must be willing to work in MOA area, Pasay.

10. Salary basis only (NO COMMISSION/INCENTIVE).
