Qualifications:

  • With Front Desk/Receptionist experience is an advantage

  • 18-30 years old

Job Summary:

  • She will represents the first point of contact with guests and handles all stages of a guest’s stay.
  • This involves registering/booking guests in and out of their rooms, while accommodating any special requests.
  • During check-in, she will verify a guest’s method of payment. She will also try to up sell guest rooms, by sharing available alternatives and options.
  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system.
  • Answer phones
  • Route calls to specific people.
  • Answer inquiries about company.
  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
  • Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy.
  • Coordinate mail reservation
  • Take and relay messages.
  • Update appointment calendars.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments.
