- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival;
- maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Monitor and request office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Perform other clerical duties as required.
- Graduate of any Bachelor's/College Degree
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
