Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival;
  • maintains security and telecommunications system.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  • Monitor and request office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Perform other clerical duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's/College Degree
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective speaking and listening skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Should exhibit high levels of professionalism.
