Job Description


  1. Responsible for receiving and introducing visiting customers, strictly implementing the company's reception service standards, and maintaining good manners and politeness;
  2. Responsible for the cleaning of the reception and reception room, conference room, and the placement of tables and chairs, and keep them clean and tidy;
  3. Responsible for telephone reception and document copying;
  4. Ticket ordering, electricity and water payment, etc.;
  5. Daily filing;
  6. Receive and receive express, communicate and coordinate with property management.
  7. Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  8. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
  9. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
  10. Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  11. Sorting and distributing mail.
  12. Provide excellent customer service.
  13. Scheduling appointments.


Job requirements:

  1. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in related field;
  2. Prior experience as a receptionist or in related field;
  3. Consistent, professional dress and manner;
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  5. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  6. Good time management skills;
  7. Experience with administrative and clerical procedures;
  8. Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required;
  9. Good image and temperament, height above 5 '4';
  10. Be familiar with English communication.
