Work Address : Mandaluyong/BGC Sites
- First point of contact for new and existing clients and visitors therefore providing an exceptional impression and service.
- Screening for members/non members
- Greeting guests and informing members of guest arrival
- Accepting packages and sorting mail
- Opening and closing space daily
- Keeping space tidy throughout the day
- Taking phone calls, giving instructions, issuing visitor badges, maintaining the
reception are clean and communicating irregularities.
- Oversee day-to-day office tasks and make sure they are completed accurately
and in a timely manner.
- Take appropriate action and responds to internal and external customer inquiries.
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or a College Degree, any field.
- Good Communication Skill and presentation skills are required.
- Experience in office reception, as an Admin staff or something similar is an advantage.
- Preferably female and with pleasing personality.
- Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City/BGC.
