-          Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology

-          Minimum of 5-year experience in R&D in food industry

-          Must have high regard to food safety and hygiene and real interest in food production

-          Good written and oral communications skills

-          Proficient in MS office applications

Duties:

-          In charge of product development and innovation geared at producing quality food products that will be highly acceptable to target costumers

-          Present new ideas and concept for new or improved products.

-          Look into ways of improving existing product lines

-          Evaluate existing materials, packaging and processes and provide for alternatives that will lead to better quality products

-          Provide guidelines for product standardization

-          Perform sensory evaluation, pull out time and shelf life study

-          Document process flow of existing and new products.

-          Provide cost savings support by evaluating alternative ingredients and packaging as well as process and formula optimization.
