- Directly reports to the Multi-Unit General Manager
- Handles and maintains over-all store operations
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complies with health and legal regulations; maintains security systems
- Controls purchases and inventory; analyzes variances; takes corrective actions
- Does daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Maintains patron satisfaction by monitoring and evaluating food, beverage, and service offerings; initiates improvements; builds relationships with preferred patrons
- Handles, disciplines, and trains staff
- Creates schedule of staff
- Evaluates performance of staff
- Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- With at least 5 years of related work experience in a casual or fine dining restaurant
