Job Description

•    Look for business opportunities.
•    Schedule meeting appointments.
•    Promote the services of the company.
•    Acquire new clients and generate sales.
•    Prepare report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
•    Look for prospect clients and generate sales.
•    Identify business opportunities.
•    Secure new clients and continuously increase client portfolio.
•    Generate sales in accordance to assigned budget.
•    Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.
•    Assist in all endeavors to achieve 24-hours respond time to sales query.
•    Provide good customer service at all times.
•    Maintain relationship with client by providing support, information and guidance.
•    Jot down and/or answer sales telephone inquiries.
•    Entertain walk in clients &/or suppliers.
•    Secure buying rates from airlines, shipping line, consolidators & agents.
•    Prepare, encode and file quotations.
•    Prepare shipment notification for approved orders.
•    Prepare New Client Information Sheet and/or Commission Profile Sheet.
•    Proper filing of sales documents - hard copy and/or electronics.
•    Secure documentation requirements such as accomplishment report, collection report, sales report & other report as required by Sales Head and/or Top Management.
•    Regularly update buying rates with shipping line/ airlines.
•    Establish good relationship with suppliers (airlines, shipping lines, consolidators and others)
•    Monitor the shipments with operations and agents and keeping the clients informed of their current shipping status.
•    Monitor and assist collection of accounts receivables.
•    Maintain close coordination with operations/ accounting departments on the developments of all sales generated accounts including sales quota and collections.
•    Adhere to all relevant ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
•    Assist Sales Head in communicating with TM and other departments the needs, concerns and developments of Sales Dept.
•    Assist Sales Head in handling correspondence with international agents, local suppliers, customers and MBT group.
•    Perform other related functions that may be assigned by either Sales Head or TM as deemed necessary.
