Job Description

  1. Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
  1. Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
  1. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  1. Prepare reports on account status.
  1. Assist with challenging client requests or issues escalations as needed.
  1. Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts.
  1. Keep records of client transactions.
  1. Performs a variety of tasks in assisting the sales and marketing departments to meet corporate objective.
  1. Ensures attainment of sales target.
  1. Ensures awareness with all competitive activities with accounts and preventing attrition.
  1. Coordinates and processes events/ exhibits, modules, and other marketing requirements.
  1. Identifies potential business opportunities.
  1. Studies industry and market trends and prepares competitors’ analysis and marketing study and awareness.
  1. Manage budget and hit or exceed quota.
  1. Performs other tasks as may be assigned.
