2. Order Taking Completeness, Timeliness and Accuracy of Processing of Purchase Orders
3. Filing and Transmittal • Easy retrieval of documents in the future
• Proof that documents are received and transmitted.
4. Monitoring, Reporting and Documentation Completeness, Timeliness and Accuracy of:
• Account Specialists’ Weekly Itinerary
• Sales Reports
• Stocks Availability
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Customer Assistance • Assist Customers
• Resolve Customer complaints
• Recommend/Offer available products
2. Order Taking • Submit orders by referring to pricelist and price approval
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and approval of the purchase order
3. Filing/Documentation and Transmittal • Sorting and filing of POs, Sales Invoice and Delivery Receipts
• Collect, monitor, check and submit to HR the Weekly Itinerary of Account Specialists
• File and organize documents of Account Specialist
• File other Sales Department Documents
• Transmit documents or send files to other departments or entities and file proofs receiving/transmittal
4. Assistance to Account Specialist and Sales Manager • Provide documents needed by Account Specialist and Sales Manager
• Daily update on available stocks
• Other Task as assigned by Sales Manager
5. Sample Representation • Prepare Sample form for Approval
• Coordinate with Operations on the preparation and picking of the sample
• File Sample forms
6. Reports Generation • Generate regular Sales Reports
• Generate ad hoc Sales reports as required by Sales Manager.
