Work Address : Carson Bldg., Orense St., Guadalupe Nuevo Makati City
- To receive and to process approved EO (Equipment Order) thru QB (Make sure all documents submitted has complete details such as( P.O with authorized signatures, approved terms)
- Responsible for checking required documentation prior to preparation of sales order.
- To provide assistance to salespeople on a variety of requests including but not limited to clients accreditation, brochures, clients details and other sales related activities that will support the sales in achieving targets.
- To receive and assist in telephone inquiries as well as walk in clients.
- To prepare sales proposals as needed.
- To generate Sales Report every Thursday afternoon and email it to the respective Supervisors.
- To maintain sales files and other related sales documents.
- To assist in updating internal forecasts / projections.
- To coordinate with Technical Service Department and other departments for concerns related to Government Bids, deliveries and after sales service.
- Other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager or Sales Supervisor.
1. Graduate of any 4 year course.
2. At least 1 year similar work experience.
3. Must be knowledgeable of administrative and clerical works.
3. Experience in Quickbooks and MS Office preferred
5. Has a good communication skill both oral and written.
