Job Description

  1. To receive and to process approved EO (Equipment Order) thru QB (Make sure all documents submitted has complete details such as( P.O with authorized signatures, approved terms)
  2. Responsible for checking required documentation prior to preparation of sales order.
  3. To provide assistance to salespeople on a variety of requests including but not limited to clients accreditation, brochures, clients details and other sales related activities that will support the sales in achieving targets.
  4. To receive and assist in telephone inquiries as well as walk in clients.
  5. To prepare sales proposals as needed.
  6. To generate Sales Report every Thursday afternoon and email it to the respective Supervisors.
  7. To maintain sales files and other related sales documents.
  8. To assist in updating internal forecasts / projections.
  9. To coordinate with Technical Service Department and other departments for concerns related to Government Bids, deliveries and after sales service.
  10. Other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager or Sales Supervisor.


1. Graduate of any 4 year course.
2. At least 1 year similar work experience.

3. Must be knowledgeable of administrative and clerical works.

3. Experience in Quickbooks and MS Office preferred 
5. Has a good communication skill both oral and written.
