Qualifications:
Graduate of Business Management or any related course
1 year experience on related jobs
Technical knowledge is a plus
Key Competencies:
Skill in the use of computer and word processing software, including rapid data entry keyboard functions, databases, spreadsheets and the like
Good communication and written skills in dealing with purchasing professionals, administrator and company representatives
Working knowledge of procurement laws and purchasing procedures
Ability to perform clerical work with a high degree of accuracy; ability to work independently, applying established procedures to varying situations, referring only new or unusual matters to the immediate superior
Trustworthy, Adaptability and Team Work
Customer-oriented individual
Job Description:
Follow up / monitor payment and collection with accounting for suppliers and clients
Monitor delivery of items / services from the supplier for the clients
Update client of delivery and timeline
Follow up / send billing statement, Official Receipts or any necessary documents to clients or suppliers
Contact and request quotes from different suppliers
Create proposal or quotation if necessary
Create, process and monitoring of Purchase Request, Purchase Order, Delivery Receipt, Certification of Completion of Projects
Coordinate with other Department Heads for the status of each projects
Check, process, and monitor Telco Billing of clients
Organize all procurement activities relating to request for proposals, sealed bids, and price quotes Organize and maintain computerized records containing vendor, partners and bid information
Other duties as assigned
