Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the Sales & Service Team by Assisting on inquiries, projects, and Purchase Order.
  • Manage schedules, file important documents, and in charge to communicate relevant information.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
  • Customer service.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Monitor Purchase Order process from expected POs. to delivery, to invoice, to set-up, and follow-up of orders.
  • Follow-up leads and samples provided by sales team.
  • Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services.
  • Supervise and oversee the maintenance of customer databases.
