- Coordinate the Sales & Service Team by Assisting on inquiries, projects, and Purchase Order.
- Manage schedules, file important documents, and in charge to communicate relevant information.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Customer service.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Monitor Purchase Order process from expected POs. to delivery, to invoice, to set-up, and follow-up of orders.
- Follow-up leads and samples provided by sales team.
- Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services.
- Supervise and oversee the maintenance of customer databases.
