Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Good communication skills
- Trainable
- Preferably has a background on sales
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in new business acquisition efforts by performing core business development work.
- Assist new to bank clients.
- Manage the needs of existing clients by providing them with exceptional services.
- Develop relationships with new clients and provide them with information on the company’s products and services.
- Observe sales processes by shadowing supervisors or sales representatives and emulate their sales management processes to meet set targets
- Assist in account management (Eg. Current Accounts and Savings Accounts)
