RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate schools’ current setup, educational programs being used and their needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, scheduled and ambush school visits, networking and social media
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate and effective presentations on products/ services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure the schedule and positive outcome of the product presentations
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results
• Consistent and timely reporting through the online tool and platforms provided by the company

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Docs
• Advance skills in usage and navigation of mobile phones or similar gadgets
• Thorough understanding of prospecting, marketing and negotiating techniques for educational programs or related products
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive and effective product presentations     
•  College graduate – preferably Business, Sales and Marketing or any related course
