- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate schools’ current setup, educational programs being used and their needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, scheduled and ambush school visits, networking and social media
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate and effective presentations on products/ services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the schedule and positive outcome of the product presentations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results
- Consistent and timely reporting through the online tool and platforms provided by the company
- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Docs
- Advance skills in usage and navigation of mobile phones or similar gadgets
- Thorough understanding of prospecting, marketing and negotiating techniques for educational programs or related products
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive and effective product presentations
- College graduate – preferably Business, Sales and Marketing or any related course
