Job Description: A SALES MANAGER in the Insurance Industry is required to do the following responsibilities:
• Prospects and Recruits and leads a team of Financial Consultants. • Commits to growing a team of sales professionals • Trains , mentors and coaches his team • Conducts regular engagement meetings with his team . • Maximizes and monitors team’s activities and performance • Recommends suitable financial products and services to prospects and clients based on their financial goals, needs, resources, time horizon,l risk profile, and preferences, AssistsTeam in doing the same activities. • Attends regular meetings with the management Team
Minimum Qualifications: • Strong organizationl, analytical and planning skills • Good communication and presentation skills • Excellent problem- solving skills • Recruitment skills , charismatic • Training skills • Leadership and management skills • Knowledgeable on Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) • At least 1 year of managerial experience or any supervisory position • Selling experience will be an advantage • Has a track record of success • With a good network of a market to start his own team
