1. Assist Product Specialists/Supervisors/Sales in market development.
2. Provide field-coaching to all sales personnel.
3. Ensure attainment of Divisional goal and company objectives.
4. Provide direction, manage and supervise the activities of the whole sales force.
5. Assist during product demo/presentation if there is any need.
6. Provide motivation at all times to all Sales Personnel.
7. Provide basic sales training to staff both technical and administrative.
8. Establish realistic Sales Targets on an annual and monthly basis.
9. Review and approve Marketing and sales plans as developed by Product Specialists/Marketing Specialist and yourself.
10. Devise and execute marketing activities to ensure attainment of goals.
11. Review and approve proposals.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specializing in Sales with strong background in IT Products.
• Has experienced in Financial Planning and Strategy, Marketing Concepts.
• Knowledgeable in Positioning, People Management, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Client Relationships, and Creative Services.
