A. Management and Research
- Submit weekly accurate progress reports in conjunction with Finance Department
- Forecast sales targets
- Track and record activities for target monitoring
- Work with marketing staff for alignment of initiatives
- Ensure team members represent the company in the best light
- Research and develop a thorough understanding of the prospective clients and their business
- Understand the company’s goals and purpose to continually enhance the team’s performance
B. Client Retention
- Present new ideas and services to enhance existing business relationships
- Work with internal staff to meet customer needs
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
C. Business Development Planning
- Present and consult with the Chief of Staff business proposals with a view on developing new plans to increase performance ticket sales, enrolment, etc.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns and other exposures for Ballet Manila Inc.
- Identify and develop the company’s selling propositions Business Development Manager
D. New Business Development
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn these into increased business
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining networks
- Identify potential clients, decision-makers with the clients’ organizations
- Plan approaches and pitches
- Work with team to develop proposals that will speak effectively of Ballet Manila Inc.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements
- Performs other related tasks that may be required from time to time.
