DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintain at least 98 % renewal of existing accounts.
2. Increase from existing business / generate additional business from existing accounts (Minimum requirement: 10% increase).
3. Be the connection of Healthway to different companies (vice versa).
4. Maintain deeper and win-win relationship with existing clients through:
a. Regular PR
b. Courtesy visit
c. Immediate correspondence of clients concerns
5. Determines how to effectively compete in the current market through a more detailed and careful analysis and must be able to provide solutions and/or recommendations.
6. Responsible in submitting Customer’s Feedback

QUALIFICATIONS:
 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
 Minimum of 3 years related work experience
 Highly-organized and has a strong sense of ownership
 Team player with a customer service approach to job performance
 Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
 Provide proactive measures on delinquent accounts
 Determined and passionate
 Has the ability to coordinate/interact with other departments, clinics and clients
