DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Ensures proper follow up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system.
2.Attends to walk in clients.
3.Prepares and explains sales proposals to the clients.
4.Demonstrates the features of the units, their functions & benefits.
5.Assists clients with their loan applications with the bank’s loan officer.
6.Requests clients to prepare the necessary documents to facilitate their loan applications.
7.Coordinates with the pre-delivery inspection section to check the purchased unit before releasing it to the client.
8.Submits walk in report to immediate superior at the end of the day.
9.Calls clients 3 days after delivery to check and provide necessary assistance if there are any problems encountered.
10.Delegates work assignments, sets expectations and monitors delegated activities.
11.Coaches, counsels and facilitates development of Sales team..
12.Monitors daily itinerary & activities of sales staff.
13.Monitors showroom displays & housekeeping of Sales area
14.Oversees mall display set-up.
15.Formulates and recommends internal promos and marketing activities
16.Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
1.Graduate of any four-year course.
2.Ability to present materials & communicate in writing in a fluent and logical manner.
3.Must be customer-oriented and articulate.
4.Preferably possesses a valid non-professional driver’s license.
