Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining the company’s general ledger and related accounting practices,
including receivables, payables and month end accounting reporting
Monitor effective reconciliation of all data and sales reports
Prepare, verify, and process invoices for sales or services rendered
Collect on accounts by sending invoice reminders and communication with customers via
phone, email, fax or mail
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and
Reconciliation of all bank statements
Verify the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from
sales, trade promotions, customer service departments and customers
Participate in financial audits
Assist with budget preparation
Review and implement financial policies
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
Required language(s): English and Mandarin (Chinese) both written and oral
Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee in the related field
Experienced in performing accounting and financial activities
Knowledge of business finance and accounting principles and methods
Working experience on advanced accounting and business software applications
Excellent report drafting
Proficiency in MS Office Applications
