• Maintain the current stock level of regular items
• Ensures that all purchased items are of the right quality and is accordance with pre-agreed specifications.
• Ensures that each of the present and future suppliers will be able to supply 100% of the present and future requirements of the company.
• Ensures that product costs are maintained at its optimum level.
• Approves PO, based on specified standards and conditions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Administration, Management, BS Industrial Engineering, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Management Engineering or equivalent
• At least 6 to 10 years of solid experience in: Logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement or Supply Chain, at least 4 years of which, in a managerial capacity.
• Knowledge in end to end procurement cycle
• Advanced Verbal and Numerical Skills
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Excellent facilitation & presentation skills
• Has capability of people management and vendor management
