Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Presents recommendation and proposal for Consumable Parts replacement
to customers under maintenance contract
· Plans and coordinates maintenance / service schedules with customers
under maintenance contract
· Monitors necessary consumable parts replacements of all UPS units with
maintenance contract
· Conducts Customer Satisfaction Survey and evaluate results
· Manages and fosters long-term customer relationships
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
· Preferably with related sales experience
JOB COMPETENCIES
· Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and deliverables
· Ability to analyze situations and requirements
· Ability to interact with any level within an organization
· Ability to multi-task and work independently
· Good planning and organizational skills
· Good presentation skills
