Job Description

•    Candidate must be a graduate of Business Administration or Engineering Course (ECE, EE, CoE, IT or equivalent technical course).
•    Working experience of one (1) to two (2) years; or
•    Working experience of one (1) year of being Assistant/Supervisory level but not required. 
•    A must computer literate and can work well with Microsoft windows and office.
•    Personal qualities of integrity, credibility & dedication to the company.
•    Has strong attention to details and has a good personality.
•    Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
•    Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision and must be self-motivated to have a desire for self-development.
•    Can make both minor and major decisions in urgently manner. 
•    Ability to work multi-task, under pressure and meet deadlines.
•    Ability to interpret plans and design specifications. 


• Responding to customer inquiries on project quotation and preventive maintenance proposals through emails and calls.
•    Generating proposal by estimating time and materials costs.
• Generating a Preventive Maintenance Proposal to the existing or new client.
•    Handling inquiries related to new client.
•    Checking of the supporting documents of transportation reimbursements and liquidations before submitting to the finance department.
•    Maintain detailed records and files for tracking documents.
•    Preparation and filling-up of Services sales order and job order forms.
•    Updating the Services Department sales tracker from time to time. 
•    Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established clients.
•    Coordinate customer service operations (Sales process, orders and payments).
•    Tracks maintenance work and projects to expedite work completion.
•    Check and track all the scheduled services, that should be attended to and give feedback to client for the status.
