  • Responsible in developing and maintaining strong business relationships with the Client, Government establishments as well as key property developers
  • Responsible for negotiating with the site owner, whether it is a corporation or an individual, to get the best commercial terms as possible for the client and make sure they are within negotiation limits.
  • Responsible in building the company’s rapport and image with the Client as well as their potential subscribers or customers.
  • Ensure that the technical, commercial, and legal issues are threshed out so that we could eventually enter into a lease agreement with the owner.
  • Report work progress to the Sales Director to identify dependencies and support needed.
  • Ensure the timely submission of the site acquisition status report to the Client on a weekly basis or as requested
