Job Descriptions: (Duties/Responsibilities)
Supervise thoroughly the proceedings of the following works in site:
Layout
Installation of reinforcements
Installation of ducts and shutters
Duct profile
Ensuring that duct must not be ruined by vibrators during pouring of concrete
Threading operations
Stressing operations
Grouting operations
Utilize manpower proficiently
Daily assigned task including overtime
Manpower Evaluation/ transfer
Utilize equipment efficiently
Submit promptly the materials, manpower and equipment requisitions
Secure the records such as the following:
Threading forms
Stressing forms
Counter checking of delivered materials in site
Lifting slip (must be submitted regularly without delay)
Properties of coils
Approved shop drawings (Remove all superseded drawings in site)
Approved Method of statement
All files must have back up
Conduct a proper progress monitoring to be posted in the site office.
Deal professionally with the client assigned in site.
Attend regularly progress meetings/ client meetings/ safety meetings
Ensure that all comments from the client will be recorded from the triplicate book and properly documented.
Perform other duties assigned by the Operation manager
