Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Taking ownership of technical issues and working with the development team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
  • Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention
  • Documenting, troubleshooting and problem resolution steps

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or any IT-related course
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Good general computer and software knowledge
