Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan,schedule,supervise and ensure that all Gas Station Attendants and cashiers adhere to store policies and procedures
- Supervise and coordinate activities of Staff
- Prepare work schedule to staff
- Control inventory and order ar per requirements
- Prepare sales reports, shift end reports, reconcile accounts daily/weekly and other reports as per requirement of management
- Train new and existing staff
- Resolve worker problems or collaborate with employees to assist in problem resolution
- Recommend and implement measures to improve worker motivation, equipment performance, work methonds, or customer services.
- Prepare, Compile, and submit reports on work activities, operations, production or work related accidents.
