Duties and responsibilities
 Gather document and configuration requirements from clients for the system integration
 Set up staging and production environment to build deployment, API integration,
performance test data and scripts.
 Provide technical expertise (i.e. system features, API functionality, data file requirements,
data migration, etc.) on the project at-hand and acting as liaison with the internal team during
the integration up to the roll-out or system launch
 Work with the relevant departments to coordinate and resolve data, performance or
functional issues during integration phase
 Provide weekly reports or data extracts of clients’ integration status to support business
analysis
 Participate in status meeting to identify risks and resolve issues
 Provide post-implementation technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors
 Any other duties as dedicated by direct superior
Qualifications
 Work location is in Manila, Philippines
 Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
 Required language(s): English and Chinese (Mandarin) both written and oral
 Experience with web programming e.g. ASP.NET, PHP, Java, HTML, etc.
 Experience with database e.g. SQL Server, MySQL and Oracle
 Experience in IT technical & operational support roles
 Analytical skill to resolve problem in timely manner
 Able to multi-task, good time management and ability to work under pressure
