A Systems Integration Assistant Manager is responsible for the creation and delivery of a discipline’s
integration strategy, process and execution plan. You also responsible for guiding clients in
integrating their system to us. You will collaborate with the IT teams of our clients and provide
support including: executing systems integration tasks, status reporting, change request, incident and
issues management, setting up system environment, system configuration and documentation.
Duties and responsibilities
Assist the Integration Manager in monitoring and executing integration process and
migration project to ensure product environments are delivered to customer.
Gather documented requirements and configuration from clients for the system integration
Set up staging and production environment to build deployment, API integration,
performance test data and scripts.
Provide technical expertise (i.e. system features, API functionality, data file requirements,
data migration, etc.) on the project at-hand and acting as liaison with the internal team during
the integration up to the roll-out or system launch
Work with the relevant departments to coordinate and resolve data, performance or
functional issues during integration phase
Participating in status meeting with the ability to escalate issues and identify risks
Post-implementation technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors
Take lead and communication with related parties for any integration related issues
Constantly review and improve integration processes and make sure environments release
falls within agreed KPI
Project Management and Post Sales
Mentor and guide a team of integration specialists and engineers
Any other tasks as assigned by the Integration Manager
Required to Work in Manila, Philippines
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
Required language(s): English and Chinese (Mandarin) both written and oral
At least 3-year experienced employee in IT technical & operational support and 1-year
experience in management
Substantial understanding of web APIs including XML/JSON over HTTP, REST or SOAP
Hands-on experience in core web technologies such as .NET, PHP, Java and etc.
Understanding of application programming, database and software development life cycle
Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management and people management
Good project management experience
Ability to lead and manage a team in both technical and interpersonal aspects
Good interpersonal and organizational skills along with professional attitude
