  • Handle customer technical concerns with courtesy and promptness
  • Assist with basic technical issues and troubleshooting
  • Record all concerns for future reference
  • Raise trouble tickets for technical concerns requiring senior level assistance

Requirement

  • Filipino, 18 years old and above
  • College graduate of any IT related course
