Job Description

Job Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Graduate of any IT Related Course (we can consider BSECE and BSCOE)
-Atleast 2 to 3 yrs experience in tech support
-Certification is a plus
-Proven experience in a IT support role, server administration, network and technical support, customer service and helpdesk is a plus
-Hands on experience in installing operating systems and applications, computer software and hardware peripherals, pc assembly, and system integration
-Work well independently, or in a group setting, providing all facets of computer support, field engineering and IT deployment
-In-depth knowledge and understanding of numerous software packages and operating systems
-Proficiency at grasping new technical concepts quickly & utilising it in a productive manner
-Excellent communication skills and presentation capabilities
