  • Provide after-sales customer service and technical support to customers
  • Handle customer requests with patience and professionalism
  • Maintain required repair quality standards for all technical calls
  • Update customers on progress of their cases regularly


  • Filipino, at least 18 years old
  • High School graduate; Senior High School graduate; College graduate or undergraduate; Associate Degree holder
  • Wth at least 6 months technical support experience (BPO industry)
  • Good to excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Highly conversant in English 
  • Willing to be assigned in Pasig and work on shifting schedule
