Job Description

Technical Support Representative Entry Level Job Duties:

  • Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
  • Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
  • Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues; recommending instructional language.
  • Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.
  • Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements.
  • Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks.
  • Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Here are the standard qualifications for our hiring accounts:

·At least 18 years of age

·A Filipino citizen or hold relevant status

·Must possess basic web navigation skills

·With average – good communications skills

o   Must be conversant and can ask logical questions

o   Must be able to display empathy and energy with every customer

o   Must have an ability to understand customer’s needs and can multi-task

·Willing to start immediately

·Preferably with 1-6 months call center experience, but not required as long as communication skills requirement is met.

·Must be flexible to work on  weekends and/or holidays

·Must not have any conflict of interest such as:

o   Plans to study

o   Plans to go abroad
