Job Description
- Monitor and maintains the network performance 24/7.
- Assisting network ad and system ad in maintaining monitoring programs such as PRTG, MRTG, Nagios.
- Detect if there are problems with the partners by confirming the connectivity status.
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating system and applications.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems.
- Detect and solve hardware and software faults.
- Creating and explaining diagrams for instructions to restore the connection.
- Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles of new clients.
- Provide clients phone to phone technical support to resolve issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving services offered to clients.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
- Provides support also to internal needs.
- Updated with current events with system information and technology.
- Periodic touch base with clients for update or concerns.
- Telephone operator / reception.
