Job Description

  • Monitor and maintains the network performance 24/7.
  • Assisting network ad and system ad in maintaining monitoring programs such as PRTG, MRTG, Nagios.
  • Detect if there are problems with the partners by confirming the connectivity status. 
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating system and applications.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems.
  • Detect and solve hardware and software faults.
  • Creating and explaining diagrams for instructions to restore the connection.
  • Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles of new clients.
  • Provide clients phone to phone technical support to resolve issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving services offered to clients.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
  • Provides support also to internal needs.
  • Updated with current events with system information and technology.
  • Periodic touch base with clients for update or concerns.
  • Telephone operator / reception.
