REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of IT, Computer Science or any related course
- Excellent communication skills
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complains
- Good customer service orientation.
- Must be patient, courteous and friendly.
- Can work under pressure
- Willing to work as soon as possible

TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:
- Answer incoming customer calls by providing assistance for modem troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Support in the development of programs to train the customer on how to properly use the products
- Offer alternative solutions that is appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business
- Determine further action or final completion on customer cases received Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications by redirecting to appropriate resource
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
- Evaluation of the systems' problems to recommend enhancements
