REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of IT, Computer Science or any related course
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complains
  • Good customer service orientation.
  • Must be patient, courteous and friendly.
  • Can work under pressure
  • Willing to work as soon as possible

TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:

  • Answer incoming customer calls by providing assistance for modem troubleshooting
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Support in the development of programs to train the customer on how to properly use the products
  • Offer alternative solutions that is appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business
  • Determine further action or final completion on customer cases received Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications by redirecting to appropriate resource
  • Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
  • Evaluation of the systems' problems to recommend enhancements
