Job Description

* Required: Must have completed at least two (2) years of college or
> must have graduated from a 2-year vocational course.
> * Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer
> Science or other related field
> * Required: At least two (2) years’ experience providing inbound
> phone/voice technical support in a contact center environment.
> Preferably with payments experience e.g. POS, mPOS, payment gateway
> * Technically-inclined
> * Ability to teach self and learn new technologies quickly.
> * Required: Should be willing work on a shifting schedule including
> night shift and work on weekends, holidays etc.
