- Effectively handling appointment setting and event telemarketing calls.
- Build rapport with potential clients by making follow up calls and sending emails needed
- Establish a pipeline of potential clients through email marketing.
- Identifying prospect industries and clients through datamining
- Obtain and create a list of potential client’s information such as name, business name, contact number and email address.
- Maintain and update telemarketing contact list and other documents.
- Uncover potential client’s needs and persuade by delivering prepared sales talk.
- Identify and develop sales opportunities.
- Seek out new sales leads on an ongoing basis.
- Answer inbound calls or perform survey calls if needed.
