Job Description

TRAVEL & TOURISM CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

 

Travel agents sell transportation, lodging, and admission to entertainment activities to individuals and groups planning trips. They offer advice on destinations, plan trip itineraries, and make travel arrangements for clients. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange travel for business and vacation customers
  • Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
  • Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc.) to travelers
  • Give advice about local weather conditions, customs, and attractions
  • Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
  • Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip

Offer:

  • 16,500 - 19,600K Basic Salary

 

Qualifications:

  • Must a High School/Senior High School Graduated
  • VOC / College Graduate
  • Tourism Course Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • With or Without Job/BPO Experience.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Can Start ASAP.

 

 

WORK LOCATION: Ayala, Makati City

SCHEDULE: SHIFTING SCHEDULES

SALARY PACKAGE: 19,000K SALARY  (DEPENDS ON THE LENGTH OF EXPERIENCE)
