Responsibilities and Duties

- Develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

- Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance

- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services

- Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance

- Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

- Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels, affiliates and email marketing and social media

- Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development

- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes

- Research on the latest industry trends

- Prepare monthly performance report

Qualifications:

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Management, E-Commerce or equivalent

-  At least 5 years’ experience in Online Shopping Center (such as Shoppe, Lazada, or Zalora) is preferred

- Must be keen to details, resourceful and persistent

- Experience in handling big accounts with a successful track record
