Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source potential suppliers
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers based on the requisition
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pay terms/credit line, leadtime, delivery schedule of returns policy
- Prepare purchase orders and invoices for Department requests
- Reconcile PO and delivery schedule (Receipts/Sales Invoice)
- Prepare report containing the item's specifications and prices for approval
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Build relationships with suppliers and manage their performance.
