2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, WordPress, Google and other social media best practices. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics. Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform. Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research. Understanding of graphic design principles.
